This agreement is made between the investor/member (the "Investor") and Umoja Financial Services (the "Company"), collectively referred to as the "Parties".

Investment Terms and Conditions

1. The Investor agrees to invest in the Company to purchase units, each priced at $5,000.00.
2. In the context of our business model at Umoja Community Financial Group Corporation, a 'unit' is characterized as the net profit generated by the company from all its diverse sources.
3. This income, after deducting all operational expenses, forms the profit pool. The remaining profits are then proportionally distributed among members, in accordance with the number of 'units' or shares each member has invested in the company.
4. The Investor may choose to invest in multiple units, with the options being as follows:
   • $5,000.00 for 1 unit
   • $7,500.00 for 1.5 units
   • $10,000.00 for 2 units
   • $12,500.00 for 2.5 units
   • $15,000.00 for 3 units
   • $17,500.00 for 3.5 units
   • $20,000.00 for 4 units
   • $22,500.00 for 4.5 units
   • $25,000.00 for 5 units
5. The investment amount is non-refundable except under conditions defined by the Company's refund policy.
6. The Investor acknowledges that investments always come with risk, and the Company does not guarantee any return on investment.
7. The Investor agrees to abide by all rules, regulations, and bylaws of the Company.

Exit Strategy

If an investor would like to exit their investment membership, they should expect to receive the money back within five to seven business days with the exact amount which he/she has invested.

• If the investor decides to leave the company under 5 years of their investment time, that investor will receive his/her full investment without interest gained.
• If the investor wants to leave the company after 10 years of being with the company; that investor will receive half of his/her interests plus their full investment.
• If the investor decides to leave the company after 15 years of being in the company; that investor will receive their full investment capital plus 100% of their interest gained.
